Fashion emergency! Fingers were flying to the rescue when Sarah Hyland suffered a wardrobe malfunction to her vintage Dolce & Gabbana gown on the red carpet before the Golden Globes. The "Modern Family" star told E! "I was just standing and felt an explosion in my back. And I felt my dress start to slip and I grabbed it before it was too late." The 21-year-old added, "It's been a very exciting time. I'm sewn into my dress."

A quick view of the star's back side showed no sign of the ripped zipper. Crisis averted. The petite New Yorker had her own theory for the case of the busted zipper: "It's funny (because) we had the zipper replaced. I didn't go on any diets on this, maybe that's why it blew. Too much McDonald's or something!"
The actress caused a stir last year for a different reason. The TV show actress gleefully mocked "Glee" cast member Lea Michele for her red carpet poses. Hyland ripped into her TV competitor, saying, "She sticks out her collarbones to make her look skinnier and she goes sticks out her lips."
