  Heidi Klum went as far as to paint herself blue in 2008 while dressed as the Hindu goddess of Kali for her Halloween party in 2008. Since she just gave birth to her fourth child -- a baby girl named Lou -- on October 9, I assumed that this year's soiree would be called off ... but I was wrong. The supermodel's party will go on as planned, and, thanks to Modelinia.com, you could win two tickets to the hottest Halloween bash in LA on October 31!
