Tom Brady Hits the Park With His Boys While Gisele Bundchen Bonds With Baby Vivian

Giving his wife, Gisele Bündchen, time to bond with their new daughter, Tom Brady took his sons (and the family dog) to a Boston park over the weekend for what turned out to be a swinging good time.

Bundled up for the New England chill, the NFL quarterback took Benjamin, 3, and John, 5, to a playground near their home on Sunday. The boys, who were appropriately decked out in Patriots gear, seemed thrilled to be outside in the fresh air, and happily climbed into a tire swing so that their famous father could push them around. Big brother John, whose mother is Brady's ex Bridget Moynahan, was the more daring of the brothers, standing up on the swing as dad kept a watchful eye on him.

When they weren't playing, Brady showered each of his sons with kisses. Earlier this year, the 35-year-old revealed to VMAN magazine that he grew up in an environment where people "weren't afraid to express their emotions," and said he felt "blessed" to do that with his sons. "I kiss them a thousand times a day," he shared. "My wife and I are very affectionate, it's just part of our nature."

Following the arrival of daughter Vivian Lake Brady last Wednesday, Brady spoke out about his daughter for the first time over the weekend. "I grew up in a house with three sisters," he told Boston news station WCBV. "I think our house needed a little girl and that's what we got."

In a separate interview with the Boston Herald, Brady was asked whether Vivian would follow in Bündchen's footsteps down the catwalk — or perhaps take after him. "She's going to be an athlete," the three-time Super Bowl champion insisted.

Bündchen, 32, gave birth to Vivian at home last Wednesday and announced the baby's arrival by posting a photo of the little one's tiny fist on Facebook. "We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," she wrote. "She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings."
