Although she's been scaling back on her movie projects over the past two years, last Friday Berry, 43, received the Shirley Lasing Leadership Award at the Hollywood Reporter's 18th Annual Woman in Entertainment Power 100 breakfast. The break from filming has left her with more time to spend with her little girl, who she has called "the joy in my life." Nahla sure looks like she's happy -- the toddler smiled for her close-up, waving happily at the photographers before the pair headed home.
