Goddess: Celebrity Moms and DadsNick Cannon: Fatherhood Is ‘Amazing’
With music, TV, and radio careers already under his belt, Nick Cannon recently took on his biggest project yet -- fatherhood -- when his wife of three years, Mariah Carey, gave birth to twins -- Monroe and Moroccan -- in April.
"Being a new dad is amazing, remarkable and phenomenal," he tells omg!, adding that he and Mariah are equally good at parenting, and "both learning together."
One thing they're still trying to master? Changing diapers. "It's not as easy as it looks," Nick admits.
The 31-year-old is also squeezing in another new venture -- a personal blog called, simply enough, Nickcannon.com, with an equally simple goal: "to entertain through my perspective and give my opinion," says Cannon of the site, which includes news stories, pop culture references, a philanthropy component, and of course, stuff to make readers laugh. "I got my start in this industry thru comics and comedy," explains Nick. "It will always be special to me."
