Rocker Jon Bon Jovi stepped out with his 10-year-old son Jacob on Tuesday — and the youngster has Dad's windswept blond shag! The look-alike duo, who were also rocking the same style of cool sunglasses, spent some time together at an Apple store in New York City. Jacob is the third of four kids the 50-year-old New Jersey native has with his high school sweetheart, Dorothea. The rest of the brood includes Stephanie, 19, Jesse, 17, and Romeo, 8.

After a mild breakdown a few years ago, it was his wife of more than two decades and his children who got him through that tough time. "I crashed physically and mentally," Bon Jovi told The Scotland Record. "My wife said, 'You gotta stop'. I was driving on the Pacific Coast highway on my way to see a shrink. I felt like jumping out of the moving car and I'd have been killed … God blessed me. I had a wife who loved me and a family to go home to. As tired and burnt-out as I was, I'm no quitter. There was no way I was gonna die. I'm still here. My health and my family are the core of my being. Without my wife and kids I'd be a dead man.

The same day Bon Jovi and Jacob hit the Big Apple a New Jersey man, Nicholas Tracy, pleaded guilty of burglarizing a string of homes, including the rocker's, last spring. Although it has never been confirmed what exactly was taken from the Bon Jovi's Middletown Township residence, court papers have alleged that $100,000 worth of jewelry was stolen. Tracy, 22, will be sentence on October 12 and is expected to get five years in jail.
