INFphoto.com Before kicking off the second leg of her Sticky & Sweet tour at London's 02 Arena on July 4, Madonna decided to spend some quality time with her children. Unfortunately for her kids, they weren't headed to a playground or a toy store, but rather a Kabbalah Centre.
  
  The Material Girl was photographed rushing through the streets of London with David and her newly-adopted daughter Mercy (both 3) in tow, while Lourdes, 12, and Rocco, 8, followed closely behind. At age 50, where does Madonna find the energy to take care of four kids, let alone give a high-energy performance night after night? Maybe I need to start doing Pilates...

  At any rate, during her show that evening, the Queen of Pop -- who was escorted to the 1991 Oscars by Michael Jackson -- had a Jackson impersonator join her on stage as she paid tribute to the late King of Pop. Check out a clip from the performance below!
