• M.I.A.: 'My Baby Is Not Called Ickitt'

  A very pregnant M.I.A. performed at the Grammys on her due date! John Shearer/WireImage.com M.I.A. gave birth to a baby boy on February 11, just a few days after she performed "Swagga Like Us" with Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, T.I., and Kanye West at the Grammys. Although Latina.com reported that the "Paper Planes" singer had named her son Ickitt -- a story that many media outlets including omg.yahoo.com had picked up -- the rapper writes on her MySpace blog that her "baby is not called Ickitt, Pickit, or Lickit. Thank you very much to all the Hollywood press. He's a baby, he don't need press." Whew! That name sounded, well, simply icky.

  "I didn't release the baby name because I didn't think it was news," she continues. "But I will be back with something newsworthy soon. Till then, go pick on Apple, Satchel, and Moon Unit."
