Halle Berry’s Beach Day

Halle Berry may be embroiled in one messy custody battle with her ex Gabriel Aubrey, but on Sunday the Oscar winner was all smiles as she hit the beach with 3-year-old daughter Nahla and new fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez. Halle donned a gray sweater, rolled-up jeans, a fedora, and a leg cast (due to an injury that occurred a few months back while she was on a movie set in Spain) embellished with colorful drawings we'll assume were created by little Nahla. Halle, Oliver, and Nahla dug around in the sand, played at the edge of the surf and even swung on a swing, like one big happy family.

Not so happy, however, is Halle's current situation with Nahla's father, Aubry. Last week, the actress headed to court to ask the judge to block her ex from having any contact with their daughter. He's currently being investigated for child endangerment for allegedly pushing a nanny who was holding his little girl, which is something he denies. On Monday, the two were back in court, where the Department of Children & Family Services recommended the two take parenting classes together, according to Radar Online, and that little Nahla receive counseling.

While it definitely won't be a day at the beach, let's hope Nahla and Gabriel can put their pretty heads together and figure out a way to successfully co-parent their beautiful child.

  I noticed that as well. It should read Halle and Gabriel. Nahla is the child. She doesn't have to figure out how to co-parent herself. Halle and Gabriel need to figure out how to co-parent her. If you reread the paragraph, you'll see it.

I have been married to one and only one, a woman In California, marriage is meant to be between a man and a woman. The Federal Court of Appeals disagrees.   You sound like a good man James. We have become a throw away society. Simple things that are handed down from generation to generation are no more. The meaning of life has become clouded. I know many people say we have lost our morals, respect, judgement, compassion and faith. I see it as what people have not yet found.

It's hard to say what the real truth is. However, Halle has made it clear that she has wanted a child for a long time. My opinion is that once Nahla was born, she had no use for Gabriel anymore. Halle wants complete control over her daughter and wants to throw Nahla's dad out of her life. Shame Shame Halle!

Halle goes to beach under disguise with hat/shades yet it's a photo-op with all the pictures....just a PR move by another over 40 fading Hollywood star....at least she didn't have to draw attention in the same manner as Demi and Heather Locklear recently.
