Gwen Stefani takes Zuma in for a checkup. - INFphoto.comGwen Stefani was spotted taking her two adorable tots, Kingston and Zuma, for a checkup at a UCLA medical center in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The No Doubt singer was looking cool as usual in an orange cardigan paired with navy pants and black boots, while her two boys both showed their own flair for fashion. Zuma, 2, rocked a Rolling Stones hoodie, jeans and green rain boots, while his 4-year-old brother Kingston sported plaid shorts and long striped socks.
In a recent interview with British Elle magazine, Stefani admitted that getting back into shape after the birth of her second son wasn't as easy as it looked. "The last tour with No Doubt was the best one I'd ever done," shared Stefani, adding, "I hadn't planned on doing a tour; I'd had Zuma, I felt so gross -- I got so big and felt so out of touch and not cool. I was trying to write this cool record and nothing came out. I felt so bad because you've got this whole band waiting, but I couldn't write. So we said, 'Let's just go on tour.'"

"We had no new single, we hadn't been on stage together for, like, five years and every night I'd get teary-eyed because of those old songs," confessed Stefani. "I'm up on stage and singing songs about relationships I've had and I'm looking over and my kids are watching me. It's very surreal."
And as for her now ridiculously fit figure? The 41-year-old works very hard to maintain it: "I work out five days a week," says Gwen, adding, "I can't imagine not doing it. I'd like to have no rules and eat what I want, but I've learned over the years that I'm so disappointed when I can't wear the clothes I want to wear. And if I let myself down, appear on stage when I'm not looking my best, it's not fun for me. I just beat myself up about it."
