"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," Bündchen, who has been married to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady since 2009, shared on Facebook Friday. "Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life."

The Brazilian beauty went on to thank her fans for their "support and well wishes."
Bündchen, 32, and Brady, 35, are also the parents to a nearly 3-year-old son Benjamin Rein, whom the catwalker also delivered at home — in a bathtub overlooking Boston's Charles River. "I wanted to experience the transformation," Bündchen told Vogue in 2010. Brady also has a 5-year-old son, John, from his relationship with "Blue Bloods" star Bridget Moynahan.

Expect more babies for Bündchen and Brady. "I want to have lots of children," the model told Britain's Hello! Magazine in 2010. "It doesn't matter if my body changes. It is the most marvelous thing. For example, they sometimes say that your breasts begin to sag, but I couldn't care less."
