The 40-year-old mother of three has become a staple on the sidelines at 7-year-old daughter Sam's games near the family's home in Los Angeles' suburban San Fernando Valley. Over the weekend, Denise cheered on her little kicker with her younger daughters, 6-year-old Lola and her newest addition, 5-month-old Eloise (who she adopted in June) in tow.
Denise cradled Eloise while watching the game from a blanket on the ground, and at one point had her hands full, feeding her baby a bottle and putting her arm around little Lola at the same time.

In a recent post on iVilage, Denise wrote: "My daughters, Sam and Lola, feel so blessed to be big sisters to Eloise. They love giving her a bottle, picking out her outfit and making her smile. I couldn't imagine better big sisters for Eloise. I love my girls so much - three is a charm!"
