Instead, she was in Hawaii filming scenes for her hit show on Oahu's North Shore, and spending some quality time with her daughter Coco.
For their mother/daughter date night, 6-year-old Coco wore a leopard-print frock paired with brown suede boots, and the little cutie looked like she'd been playing with her mom's makeup, as both mother and daughter were sporting the same shade of lipstick!
Coco's dad, David Arquette, recently made his first post-rehab appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," where he told Opes that he still held out hope for a reunion with his estranged wife, but that ultimately, the decision was all Courteney's.
"I want her to be happy," he said. "If me being the best person I can be doesn't make her happy in a partner, in who she needs, whatever she's looking for, that's still to be answered."
"We truly love each other with all our hearts," he continued, adding, "Whether it's as friends or as husband and wife, I know that I'll be with her my whole life."
As for how Coco is handling the split, well, Courteney says she's still adjusting. "Coco is the most important person in all of this," Cox recently told Bang Showbiz, adding, "She's having a little bit of a hard time, but she's dealing with it very well."
