During an appearance on "Anderson" on Tuesday, Camille Grammer revealed that her ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer, has forbidden their two children (Mason, 11, and Jude, 8) from saying their mother's first name while they are visiting with him and his new wife, Kayte.
"So these poor kids, my daughter and my son, can't say my name in their father's house," said the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, adding that it made her "sad" when she found out. "I think they can say 'mom' or 'the other household,' but they can't say my name."
It's unclear why Kelsey, 58, who cheated on Camille, 44, with Kayte, is so incensed by his ex. During an August interview with Oprah Winfrey, he also refused to say Camille's name, only referring to her as "that person."
Camille, who is now dating Greek hunk Dmitri Charalambopoulos, also revealed to Anderson Cooper that she and Kelsey are not even divorced yet , which seems strange since he did marry Kayte, a former flight attendant, in February 2011 (and then again this past June) — so perhaps that union is not official. The reality star added that she and Kelsey are set to meet with their lawyers in the coming weeks and hopefully a settlement will then be reached. "Release me! Set me free!" she exclaimed. "You're married. You have a child!"
Kelsey's rep did not respond to omg!'s request for a comment.
