The "How I Met Your Mother" star was just 4 when she made her acting debut in a 1978 Duncan Hines cookie mix commercial -- but she says she won't allow her kids to do the same if they're enticed by the bright lights of Hollywood at a young age. "I definitely would want them to wait," the actress, who is due to give birth to her second child in the spring, tells omg!. "Saty [daughter Satyana, almost 3] is sort of the prime candidate for acting … so hilarious and so expressive." And she can even cry on cue! "Early on, I think she was just over a year and just starting to talk," explains Hannigan, "she was in my closet and she was looking at herself in the mirror. She was really close up and studying [herself], and then she started to tear up. I was like, 'Honey, what's wrong?' And she says, 'Look, Mommy, I'm crying!' I was like, 'Oh no, we're doomed,' but she was so pleased with herself that she could make herself cry. So she's certainly showing signs, but we're going to keep her being a kid for as long as possible."

Then came baby's first photos -- released on a blog set up by Mr. and Mrs. Carter -- featuring the adorable newborn (with a pretty full head of hair) in the arms of mom and dad. And, now, finally, the moment we've been waiting for -- little Miss Blue makes her first public appearance at 7 weeks old.

Mom-of-eight Kate Gosselin broke down crying in a new interview which aired Wednesday on "Dr. Drew's Lifechangers" about how sad she has been without a significant other since her divorce nearly three years ago. Clutching the TV doc's hand, Gosselin tearfully revealed it's been tough caring for her large brood -- 11-year-old twins and 7-year-old sextuplets -- by herself without the support of a partner. "The odds are so against me, one mom and eight kids … so it would be great. I mean, I'm so lonely. I clean up the house, put the kids to bed and there I sit. Ideally I would find that person."

The Oscar-winning actress dropped her adorable 2-year-old son Louis off at preschool in Los Angeles on Thursday, and from the looks of her outfit headed off to the gym for a workout. Clad in black spandex pants, neon sneakers, a warm-up jacket, and baseball cap, Bullock was all smiles as she said goodbye to little Louis, who was equally stylish in a cute T-shirt emblazoned with a bulldog.

When Teresa Giudice isn't mixing it up with "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast, you'll most likely find her cooking in the kitchen with her four daughters. Recently, the reality star -- who has two cookbooks out including Fabulicious -- spoke with omg! before she was set to appear at a benefit held at the Ferrari-Maserati of Long Island car dealership. While Guidice didn't actually prepare any of the food served at the soiree, the caterer for the event used several of her appetizer recipes. "My stuffed mushrooms are amazing," she boasts. "They melt in your mouth. You've got to try them. There's nothing like it!"

Barnes and Noble on Wednesday evening to sign copies of her new book, many of her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars were on-hand, including Kyle Richards, Camille Grammer, and Adrienne Maloof. But one supporter in attendance raised eyebrows and concerns: Armstrong's five-year-old daughter, Kennedy. It's not that a book signing isn't the place for a child, it's just that the subject matter of the book seems a tad inappropriate for the little girl's ears. Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss and Finding the Courage Within chronicles the years of physical and emotional abuse her mother suffered at the hands of her own father, Russell Armstrong, who committed suicide last August.

Valentine's Day was a family affair for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. The couple spent the day with their two adorable kids -- Harlow, 4, and Sparrow, 2 -- at their daughter's L.A. school for a special holiday party. As Richie left holding her son's hand, she also carried a stack of Valentine's Day cards and heart-decorated bags filled with what appeared to be candy since both little ones were happily indulging in lollipops -- a rare sight considering Mommy doesn't allow sweets. "Sugar is obviously a big no-no," Richie has said. "No, no, no, definitely no Kool-Aid. There's no juice … My kids don't have dairy either."
