When asked by Vanity Fair for the inspiration behind her hit song, which has racked up more than 24 million YouTube views since it debuted last October, Smith says, "I like the beat. I like the concept of 'whip your hair back and forth.' It was just fun."
The precocious pre-teen seems to be right at home in the rarified world of rappers and movie stars she inhabits. She recently signed with Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation and her album is due to drop in March, just in time for her tour with Bieber. "It is very cool, because Jay really welcomes me and makes me feel like the record label is a place where I can have fun and talk about my career," says Willow, adding, "He and his people make me feel like I'm a part of something. And I love Beyonce -- she's awesome!"

One more riveting fact Vanity Fair managed to squeeze out of the young star? "I like eating pepperoni," reveals Smith. "I heat it up in the microwave and then I let it roast and then I eat it with cheese."
