  Forget the whole Team Edward vs. Team Jacob debacle. Why? Because the stars of "New Moon" are all Team Plaid!

  That's right; this fall it's all about the classic checkered shirt. And, now that they come in just about every color combo, it has simply become too tough to own just one.
  
  Well, here's the good news: the trendy tops don't have to cost an arm and a leg. Phew! As a result, you can buy a bunch of 'em without maxing out your credit cards or feeling guilty.
  
  So, where to stock up? You can obviously pop by most mall chains or neighborhood superstores, but seeing as I'm a SoCal kid (Yes, I'm still in my 20's and live in LA), I tend to lean toward the surf-inspired styles and patterns found at Swell.
