Kendall Jenner and Jaden Smith hit the ice. (Michael Simon/startraksphoto.com) As we know by now, the Kardashian clan doesn't do anything on a small scale! They proved it once again on Tuesday as they transformed the backyard of the family's home outside L.A. into an ice skating rink for little sis Kendall Jenner's 17th birthday party. "We had it snowing in Calabasas tonight. #WinterWonderland," Kendall's sister Khloe tweeted.
The Kardashians weren't the only big names on hand for the bash to celebrate Kendall's special day, which was actually November 3. Jaden Smith, the 14-year-old son of A-list actor Will Smith and actress Jada Pinkett Smith (and most importantly, Willow's big brother), also hit the ice — at one point even holding hands with the birthday girl as he skated! Jaden, who likely met Kendall through their mutual friend Justin Bieber, was one of the dozens who looked on as Kendall blew out the candles on a black and white birthday cake.
Last year, Kendall's birthday party became a TV special, "Kendall's Sweet 16." The soiree at the Andaz West Hollywood featured an entrance by Kendall inside a huge plastic bubble on top of the hotel's swimming pool. There were also gifts all around, as guests were asked to bring presents for patients of a children's hospital. Oh, and Kendall received a Range Rover. Not bad, right?
We're sure the Kardashians' party planner is already plotting something big for Kylie's 16th birthday. But we'll have to wait until August to find out what it is.
