"It's War!" Star magazine declared on its cover, claiming that a source revealed that Demi "thinks Britney is a twit, and Britney thinks Demi is beneath her." But in the new issue of Self, Lovato, explains a very different relationship with her fellow former child star who, like her, began her career on the Disney Channel and later faced some very public struggles. Who can forget Spears' 2007 meltdown involving the paparazzi and an umbrella, or the 2008 hospitalization that led to her father's conservatorship? Lovato famously had a physical altercation with a dancer on her 2010 tour with the Jonas Brothers that prompted her to enter rehab for bulimia and cutting. "We've gone through a lot of the same things, so we have a connection," Lovato says, adding that Spears is "a sweet girl."

      David Clayton Rogers is a 34-year-old married guy, so he knows he doesn't exactly fall into the demographic for his show "Jane by Design." Still, he's a softie who knows just why viewers love the series so. "It's sorta like life. There's a lot of comedy and then there's some heart," he says in an interview with omg!. But now one of their mothers, Stacey Wilson Betts, is claiming all those screams from the crowd left her with permanent hearing loss — to the tune of $9.2 million! In a lawsuit filed Wednesday, Betts claims that after attending a Bieber concert with her daughter in July 2010, she suffered ringing in the ears and hypersensitivity to sound. The Biebs, as well as his record label, the arena, and the concert promoter, are to blame, according to the lawsuit, for allowing the concert to become too loud. Betts obviously didn't know the extent of Bieber Fever! She points the finger at an "unforeseen aspect of the show," in which Bieber climbed into a steel gondola and pulled him over the crowd. He then encouraged fans to scream by waving his arms in the air, while the steel gondola acted as a "sound conductor" that created a "sound blast" that damaged Betts' ears, she says. Hmm ... think she'll also sue the concession stand people for serving unhealthy food? No comment yet from Bieber's rep, but the teen's camp has to be used to fending off court cases by now.

      It's really the ending, guys. The cast of "Twilight" made its final appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego on Thursday. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and the rest reminisced about their time with the franchise. Stewart even teased the ending of it all. It's "very emotional, a bit of a wrap-up," she said. "I've seen it four times, and I've cried every time." The 22-year-old confessed that, although she's done many other projects, she doesn't mind being known for this one. "If people call me 'the Twilight girl' and mean it, that's the biggest compliment. Pigeonhole me. That means I did it right," said Stewart, whose character Bella is a vampire in the last flick. "It's thrown me into the greatest position. Now I'm allowed to challenge myself the way I want to instead of falling into things."

The future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth displayed what has to be her most visible tattoo yet, a quote on her left forearm, Tuesday while leaving a Pilates class in West Hollywood. The tattoo features a quote from an unlikely source: former President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt. It reads, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." Roosevelt gave the quote as part of an often-cited 1910 speech "Citizenship in a Republic," or "The Man in the Arena," that Teddy gave at the Sorbonne in Paris, where it was well received. A longer excerpt reads: "It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better. Stewart, who will reprise his role as Seth in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2," which hits theaters November 16, made working out a priority long before his days on the silver screen. He won the Junior Martial Arts World Championship in 2002 and 2003 — beginning at the ripe old age of 8! "I don't really bring it up, people just find out. I just think it's cool," Stewart told ESPN. "They think it's crazy, it's so crazy to be a world champion so young. I don't know what I really think about it. It's just ... it's a really neat thing to do, so hopefully I can return to it one day."
