    • Meet the New ’90210′ Class

Jessica Stroup plays Daphne Silver in the new series. - Justin Stephens/The CWShannen Doherty will always be Brenda Walsh to "90210" fans. - Jean Baptiste Lacroix/WireImage.com"90210" is easily the most buzzed about new show on the fall TV schedule. Of course, most of the attention has been focused on which of the original "Beverly Hills 90210" cast members will be crossing over to the spin-off.

In case you were wondering, here's a quick rundown: Shannen Doherty's Brenda Walsh is the director of West Beverly High's latest musical production, Tori Spelling's Donna Martin owns a chic boutique, Jennie Garth's Kelly Taylor is the school's guidance counselor, and Joe E. Tata's Nat is still running the Peach Pit. But enough about the old favorites--there's a new class in town! Check out Yahoo! TV's slideshow of all the hotties who'll be taking up permanent residence in "90210." Will they be able to carry the series to success like their predecessors?

    • ’90210′ Party Report

Jennie Garth strikes a pose at the "90210" launch party. - Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic.com"Beverly Hills, 90210" alums Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth joined the cast of the CW's extremely-anticipated new series "90210" this past Saturday night to celebrate the show's launch, which, btw, is only seven days away! Of course, the soiree was tres chic and ultra-exclusive.

Check out photos from the event!

Luckily for me, I managed to snag a much-coveted invitation to the Malibu beachside bash and am happy to bring you this party report:

BFFs? Hardly: Shannen and Jennie will be reprising their roles as Brenda Walsh and Kelly Taylor in the new 9-0, so it was no surprise that they both attended the premiere party. Of course, all eyes were on the fabulously dressed duo. Although the two have said only nice things about getting to work with each other again, Shannen and Jennie arrived separately and somehow managed to avoid each other the entire night. The ladies played nice, but I'm still holding out for a hair-pulling, divalicious smackdown between the old "friends" -- onscreen

    • Teen Movie Queens

I'm so glad "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" was finally released. I've been waiting for the sequel ever since I saw the first installment over two years ago. Luckily, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Blake Lively are finally being recognized as legitimate actresses. They've all had their fair share of success on the small screen in hit shows such as "Gilmore Girls," "Ugly Betty," "Joan of Arcadia," and "Gossip Girl." Now, the question is: can they become movie stars? I honestly think Alexis has the best shot, but feel free to disagree. I mean, she was beyond great on "Gilmore," but is she really the next Molly Ringwald?

No matter where you stand on the subject, take a look at this fabulous slideshow on Yahoo! Movies. It's a top 10 list of the ultimate teen queens in movie history. It's a total trip down memory lane!

So what did you think? They did a pretty good job, but definitely forgot a few of my faves. Hello? Rachel Leigh Cook in "She's All That"?

    • School is out for the graduating cast of "High School Musical 3: Senior Year." Ashley Tisdale, who has played spoiled drama queen Sharpay Evans since the popular Disney film series began, told Billy Bush on his radio show that she and the rest of her costars thought it would be a breeze to shoot their final scenes, but that wasn't the case.

"We couldn't even get through it," revealed Ashley. "We were crying and just so emotional over the whole thing. We've had such fun doing these movies.... It's like working with your best friends all the time. It's definitely something that's tough to leave and say goodbye to."

While there's supposed to be a "HSM 4" in the works, the original cast won't be coming back. For me, East High School just won't be the same without Troy. Hopefully they'll find another hottie to fill Zac Efron's yummy shoes!

    • Is Miley’s Man Too Old for Her?

Miley Cyrus hangs out with her main squeeze, Justin Gaston. - AlphaX/X17online.comMiley Cyrus is 15 years old. Her underwear model/aspiring singer/rumored beau, Justin Gaston, is 20. Call me crazy, but I think the tween queen should be dating a fellow teen, not a young man. In my opinion, a five year difference at that age is a big deal. A HUGE deal. It's not like they're 40 and 45, or even 25 and 30 for that matter. A 15-year-old is a child, and despite the fact that a 20-year-old guy might act like a child, he is a man.

Apparently Miley is frustrated by critics, including myself, who feel that her relationship with Justin is ... questionable. I mean, it's really none of my business, but I do find it interesting that she took the time to call into Ryan Seacrest's radio program the other morning in order to defend herself.

"Everyone started judging us as soon as we started hanging out," said the "7 Things" singer. "After my last two years, there's been a lot of things that happened, so I've learned just not to judge anyone and go into our friendship with an open

    • ‘Gossip Girls’ Are So Plastic

In just one week "Gossip Girl" returns! I don't know about you, but I cannot wait to see my favorite spoiled teens back in action. If the hot advertising campaign hasn't already got you psyched for the season premiere on September 1, maybe the thought of new fall fashions will.

In honor of season 2, "Gossip Girl" costume designer Eric Daman has created a new window for the Henri Bendel store in NYC, which will feature "Gossip Girl" characters in mannequin form. Kinda creepy but cool at the same time. The stars of the show got a sneak peek of Daman's work last night at a party hosted by YSL Beaute. As usual, Leighton Meester (Blair) and Taylor Momsen (Jenny) looked fab. They're as trendy, if not trendier, than their "Gossip Girl" alter egos! If you want to catch a glimpse of Blair, Serena, or Jenny in plastic, the Manhattan store window will be unveiled for the world to see on Tuesday. You know you love them!

    • Lauren Conrad’s Younger Man

Lauren Conrad poses with her date Pat Pedraja at the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards. - Mathew Imaging/WireImage.comFrom Orange County's laid-back beaches to the star-studded Emmys red carpet, Lauren Conrad sure has come a long way! "The Hills" star and occasional fashion designer hit TV's most glamorous awards show in a navy chiffon dress of her own design. I thought Lauren looked great in a simple gown that honored the formality of the evening but kept her looking like the hot young TV star that she is. (Check out Yahoo! TV's best and worst dressed Emmy galleries.)

So who was LC's date for the awards show? Fortunately, not one of the typical LA playboys she hangs out with on her MTV reality show! Lauren was instead escorted by a charming 13-year-old leukemia survivor named Pat Pedraja whom Lauren met at the 2008 Do Something Awards. The pair spoke to "Access Hollywood's" Billy Bush about their future together, with Lauren jokingly referring to herself as a "panther" -- a younger version of a "cougar." LC also gave her two cents on TV land's current topic du jour: the skinny stars of the new

    • Taylor Swift graces the cover of Teen Vogue's March 2009 issue. - Courtesy Teen VogueIn the March 2009 issue of Teen Vogue, Taylor Swift reveals that country music was not popular in her hometown of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania -- and neither was she.

"The kids at school thought it was weird that I liked country -- they'd make fun of me," admits the 19-year-old. "Junior high was actually sort of hard, because I got dumped by this group of popular girls. They didn't think I was cool or pretty enough, so they stopped talking to me." (Not pretty enough? Check out pics of Taylor from her Teen Vogue photo shoot!)

Fortunately, when Swift was in the ninth grade she signed a song-writing deal and moved to Nashville, Tennesee. So did she ever see those mean girls again?

"I actually did!" she exclaims. "I played a hometown show about a year into my career, and they showed up, wearing my t-shirts and asking me to sign their CDS. It was bittersweet because it made me realize that they didn't remember being mean to me and that I needed to forget about it, too. And really, if I hadn't

    • Welcome to Pink’s Funhouse!

Pink pops by "TRL" to promote her new album. - Theo Wargo/WireImage.comCan I just tell you how much I love me some Pink? Truth be told, I'mobsessed. I've been a fanatic of hers since the spring of 2000 when herdebut disc, "Can't Take Me Home," was released. Every track is amazing, and I still rock out to "There You Go," "Most Girls," and "You Make MeSick" when primping for a night on the town with my girls! I wasobviously on board for her sophomore set, "M!ssundaztood," which cameout in '01. "Get the Party Started" is my personal theme song! I wasn'tthe biggest fan of her third album, "Try This," but I did enjoy the hit"Trouble." And then … in 2006 she delivered her best work yet, "I'm NotDead." The entire record is incredible. "Stupid Girls"? "Who Knew"? "U+ Ur Hand"? Flawless! Fantastic! Fierce! All of the above.

Needlessto say, I've been waiting for some fresh material. Thankfully, herfifth album, "Funhouse," dropped earlier this week. Did you download ityet? I, of course, did first thing Tuesday morning. Anyway, I neverthought I'd say this, but it is
