"I read the transcript of what my wife actually said, which was, 'My husband talks to me about Twilight stuff, but I promised him I wouldn't talk about it.' Now that I've managed to regain the hearing in my right ear, check out the 10 things I learned from being at the ultimate teen extravaganza:
1. Sun Block Is a Must on the Scorching Blue Carpet:
The blazin' sun on the blue carpet was too hot for me to handle. I was sweating buckets -- and it wasn't pretty! Fortunately, I was able to find shade, sunblock, and H20 at the Neutrogena hospitality tent.
2. Boys Take Longer Than Girls to Get Ready:
Vanessa Hudgens arrived rockin' a pair of killer Christian Louboutin Mad Mary heels at least half an hour before Zac Efron, but she ducked somewhere behind the scenes and didn't reappear to walk the carpet until Zac showed up so the two "high school" sweethearts could enter the theater hand-in-hand.
3. Kids Still Love the Fresh Prince:

You'll recall that when Season 2 ended, it was graduation time and most of the show's main characters were headed off to college. That's where Duff comes in. The actress/singer plays Olivia Burke, a famous movie star (what a stretch) who attends New York University in hopes of enjoying a traditional college experience.
It's there at NYU that she'll become roomies with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) and get close to Dan (Penn Badgley), Vanessa's BFF. (Check out how she's looking at him in these photos!)
What will Dan's ex, Serena (Blake Lively) -- who went off to Brown University -- say? Will Vanessa approve? It's not clear yet exactly what's going to happen, but you can be sure there's gonna be plenty of drama worth texting to Gossip Girl!
Look for Duff to strut her stuff beginning in Season 3's fourth episode, airing October 5.

How has your style changed since you've been in the spotlight?
When I was younger I wasn't into fashion or taking big risks. Then I started paying attention to Nicole Richie and Mary-Kate Olsen and all their different looks. That inspired me. And also you learn about your body; it takes a while to know what looks good on you.
Most important lesson?
I've learned that short-short skirts are not the way to go. I went through that phase at 13, so I never need to go there again! I did my Hollister bell-bottom thing; then I couldn't live without my Frankie B. jeans, little ballet flats, and T-shirts. That was cute, fun and easy.
Does Zac [Efron, Hudgens's boyfriend] have any opinions about what you wear?
