    • Disney star Demi Lovato signs autographs outside Los Angeles International Airport. - Pedro Andrade/PacificCoastNews.comDemi Lovato is looking for a fresh start. The 18-year-old teen queen is, of course, leaving her Disney show, "Sonny With a Chance," after three months of treatment at Illinois' Timberline Knolls for bulimia, cutting, and other emotional problems. Taking things a step further, the brunette will also be sitting down to talk with ABC's Robin Roberts on "20/20" Friday in the hopes that her experience will help others.

In the interview she reveals that life was a lot darker for the "Camp Rock" star than anyone thought. Demi even admits that she was cutting by age 11 as a way "of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body."

The actress also confesses that she wasn't taking care of herself on tour with her ex Joe Jonas and the Jonas Brothers, which led to her alleged physical confrontation with backup dancer Alex Welch. "I was performing concerts on an empty stomach," Demi tells "20/20." "I was losing my voice from purging. I was self-medicating. I was not taking medication for

And this time, she's bringing her family along. The 25-year-old and her sisters Casey and Samantha, brother Marky, mom Lynn, and dad Mark will all appear on VH1's "Audrina."

The brunette with the banging body and the overly-tattooed Casey, 24, were spotted out and about in West Hollywood, California, on Thursday. The two shopped, grabbed some coffee, and generally looked fabulous in front of the paparazzi that were conveniently standing by to snap them.

Audrina swears, however, that her show will be less staged. "I didn't want to create scenes," she recently told TVGuide.com. "I wanted it to work like, 'Here's what's going on, let's bring the cameras and film and see what happens' -- and that's what it was."

The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant also explained the tough decision she made to include her fam:

    • Allure's first issue on the iPad features former reality star Lauren Conrad. - Carter SmithIn a world where the reigning reality queen insists on looking flawless in front of the camera, it's refreshing that Lauren Conrad admits she's far from perfect. The former star of "The Hills" finally comes clean about her less-than-stellar moments in front of the lens in the May issue of Allure.

For starters, Lauren confesses there are some moments she'd definitely like to take back. "I was always a little bit embarrassed when I would be drunk on camera," the California girl says. LC's also willing to admit that the title of "reality show talent," which she was referred to as a lot when she was on the airwaves, didn't make much sense. "They called me that, and I'm like, 'What's my talent?'" (In another self-deprecating move, Lauren also reveals that she's not sexy. "I'm OK with it," she says. • Has Lourdes Leon been taking makeup tips from Taylor Momsen?

Taylor Momsen in Los Angeles, April 2, 2011. - Jeff Kravitz/KCA2011/FilmMagic.comLourdes Leon in New York, April 7, 2011. - Elder Ordonez/INFphoto.com

Madonna's 14-year-old daughter was spotted out in New York City on her way to LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts sporting some seriously heavy eye makeup on Thursday. It was a look which immediately reminded us of the panda-eyed stylings of Miss Teen Rebel 2010, Taylor Momsen.

The "Gossip Girl" starlet used to be the spokesmodel for Madonna and Lourdes' fashion line Material Girl, so the two have definitely shared some mirror time together in the past. It looks like Lourdes has adopted Momsen's signature bruised-eye look and made it her own with a distinct cat-eye finish. Or maybe the budding fashionista is paying tribute to Elizabeth Taylor in "Cleopatra"?

    • Snooki and JWoww are moving on up. - MTVThe brilliance of "Jersey Shore" has always been the craziness that ensues when eight wild personalities come together to act, well, ridiculous. So even though I've been a fan of the reality show from the start, I just couldn't get excited about the announcement that MTV plans to air two spin-offs in 2012: one following Pauly D's deejay career (boring!) and another focusing on Snooki and JWoww's misadventures while living together. They just won't be the same without everyone, although I must say I'm really glad that Sam and Ronnie aren't involved!

At least the girls' show has the potential to be funny. Judging from their behavior on "Jersey Shore" (remember when JWoww relieved herself behind the bar and Snooki put on a plastic bag to clean the infamous "Smush Room"?), viewers can expect plenty of wacky moments. MTV Executive Vice President of Programming Chris Linn even described the two to TVGuide.com as a reality version of "Laverne and Shirley." "Snooki is ready to leave home,

    • "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" returned to MTV's airwaves Monday night with a bang! Not only did Rob's former roommate Christopher "Big Black" Boykin drop by -- oh, how I've missed Rob and Big! -- but the pro skateboarder also received a special visit from teen pop star Justin Bieber.

If you're not familiar with the show, the Fantasy Factory is a converted warehouse from where Dyrdek runs his many business ventures. It also serves as the ultimate playground for Dyrdek and his pals, featuring an all-concrete indoor skate plaza, a foam pit, numerous basketball hoops, a recording studio, and even "bat cave" parking. Basically, it's a place where your fantasies can become a reality! I guess that's why Justin couldn't wait to get his hands on some of Dyrdek's toys.

With a little encouragement from Dyrdek -- who at one time held 21 Guinness World Records for skateboarding -- JBiebs attempted to show off his wild side by biking, skateboarding, and even driving a go-cart into the Fantasy
