Jason Kibbler/TEEN VOGUEIt may be just a kids show, but Nickelodeon's "iCarly" has become a big deal! First Lady Michelle Obama recently appeared on the half-hour comedy, and even Brad Pitt has revealed that he watches it regularly, recently telling People magazine, "'iCarly' is big in our house ... I know every episode." So, of course, Miranda Cosgrove, the 19-year-old actress who plays "iCarly's" title character has seen her star rise exponentially since the show, which is regularly the No. 1 program among kids in the ratings, first aired in 2007. (Her phone was "blowing up" with excited friends after the Pitt confession, she says.) Cosgrove is now the second-highest paid teen on TV (behind "Two and a Half Men's" Angus T. Jones), reportedly earning $180,000 per episode! But in a new interview with Teen Vogue, Cosgrove, now 19, admits that she can't help but feel torn about the role that made her famous and roles in more grown-up projects that might better reflect the young woman she's rapidly becoming. "It's weird when your biggest success is something that you're also trying to break out of," she explains to the magazine.

Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh MatadinWhen it was announced in 2010 that actor Andrew Garfield would be Spider-Man in a new series of movies, the obvious question was how Tobey Maguire, who played Spider-Man in the phenomenally successful trilogy about the comic book hero from 2002 to 2007 felt about the casting. Maguire reveals his reaction and offers some advice to the new Spidey in a conversation between the two featured in the new issue of VMAN magazine.Kristen Stewart Takes Possession of Robert Pattinson’s Prized Baltimore Orioles Hat

Al Bello/Getty ImagesAnd we thought he was a lover, not a fighter. Justin Bieber made a perplexing appearance at the Floyd Mayweather-Miguel Cotto boxing match on Saturday night — but he wasn't just a spectator. The "Boyfriend" singer escorted Mayweather to the ring for the fight at the MGM in Las Vegas, draped in two of the champ's belts, alongside rappers 50 Cent , Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz. After Mayweather beat Cotto in 12 rounds, the 18-year-old was back in the ring to celebrate his win. Although the twosome may seem like an odd couple, according to reports Bieber and Mayweather are not only great friends, but the boxer has become a "mentor" to the teen — even though he has been charged with domestic violence against four women since 2002, and was arrested in 2010 for threatening to beat his own children if they called police after he punched their mother repeatedly in front of them.Watch Justin Bieber’s ‘Boyfriend’ Video
By Raechal Leone Shewfelt | Crush: Hollywood’s Next Generation – Fri, May 4, 2012 3:55 PM EDTJustin Bieber has come a long way from "Baby"! The Canadian crooner, who turned 18 in March, debuted the video for his song "Boyfriend" last night. The clip, as promised in the sneak peeks he revealed earlier, has a more grown-up vibe than many of his videos, and features the Biebs with some adoring ladies and hot cars in a parking lot. Although there's a lot of online buzz about how it resembles boy band *NSYNC's video for the song "Girlfriend," Bieber revealed to MTV Thursday that he'd never even seen the 2002 clip. However, Bieber noted that Timberlake has been a big influence on him, particularly since J.T. was successful in transitioning from a teen idol to an artist who's also taken seriously by adults. "He was young, and he did it, and he was really amazing and had such amazing music," Bieber said. "I can't say that I would be upset when someone compares me to him."

Kacey Rohl stars in the new Flicka movie. (Sarjoun Faour Photography/Getty Images)You might recognize actress Kacey Rohl from two very different projects. The 20-year-old Vancouver native plays the best friend of a dead teenage girl on AMC's dark series "The Killing," and a young girl whose father has died and forms a strong bond with a horse in the family-friendly "Flicka: Country Pride," which was released on DVD this week. But, as Rohl sees it, while the two might not hang out together, they do have something in common. "They're similar in that they feel really guilty for deaths that aren't really their fault," she tells omg!. And off-screen, they were both a lot of fun for the up-and-coming starlet to make."Flicka: Country Pride," which co-stars Clint Black and his wife Lisa Hartman Black, was especially memorable because it required Rohl to ride a horse for the first time.

By Raechal Leone Shewfelt | Crush: Hollywood’s Next Generation – Thu, May 3, 2012 12:57 PM EDTThe day that fans of "Glee," aka Gleeks, have been waiting for (or maybe dreading) is quickly approaching: McKinley High's graduation. Of course, this means that the characters played by Cory Monteith, Lea Michele, and Chris Colfer will be leaving New Directions. Monteith, who in the grand tradition of much-older actors playing high school students will actually turn 30 on May 12, recently spoke to "Access Hollywood" about the soon-to-be filmed episode in which he'll don a cap and gown. The graduation ceremony will be particularly special to Monteith, because as a teen, he struggled with drugs and ultimately quit school. "It's surreal having never worn [a cap and gown] beforehand," Monteith said, adding that he and the other graduates will definitely return to "Glee" next season.

By Raechal Leone Shewfelt | Crush: Hollywood’s Next Generation – Tue, May 1, 2012 6:59 PM EDTDon't be surprised if you see Chloe Moretz wearing the same prom-style dress for weeks on end very soon. The 15-year-old actress from "Kick-Ass" and "Hugo" will likely just be preparing for her role as the title character in the upcoming remake of the 1976 classic horror film "Carrie." The movie, which is based on Stephen King's 1974 book, is about a bullied teenage girl with telekinetic powers that she uses to get revenge on her classmates by sending their high school up in flames during the prom. To get into the mindset of the character, Moretz said she's planning to create the dress for the climactic scene, in which Carrie's supposed to be wearing a homemade gown, all by herself. "One of my ideas for the character was to actually go and make my own dress, and I'm actually using my friend's old drapes ... and I'm going to sew it and everything," she told MTV News. "And I'm actually going to go out and wear it for a few weeks. I'm sure you guys are going to get some great, lovely photos of me walking down the street in some weird A-line thing, but it will be good. It will put me in [the frame of mind of the character.]"

Gomez's new perfume ad. Selena Gomez may still be a teenager, but she is growing up fast. In the ad for her brand-new eponymous fragrance, the Disney starlet is leaving little to the imagination: The 19-year-old is wearing a cleavage-baring purple gown with the straps pulled down and is submerged in water with her hair slicked back. Although Gomez describes the ad as "simple and pretty," a few other words come to mind, like "sexy" and "suggestive."New ‘Breaking Dawn’ Photos Show How Stewart, Pattinson, and Lautner Have Grown
By Raechal Leone Shewfelt | Crush: Hollywood’s Next Generation – Thu, Apr 26, 2012 5:58 PM EDTThe "Twilight" movies haven't been around that long — to put it in perspective, the original 2008 film is as classic as Katy Perry's song "Hot N Cold" — but they serve as a kind of living yearbook to its stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner. Only Pattinson, then 22, was out of his teens when the first flick came out; Stewart was 18, and Lautner was only 16. So they look a lot more mature in new images from the final "Twilight" film called "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2."
