John O'Hurley talks to omg!. (WireImage)It's been 11 years since actor John O'Hurley began an unlikely new Thanksgiving tradition: Co-hosting a dog show on national television in front of tens of millions of viewers. And, the 58-year-old admits, he has the now-famous mockumentary "Best In Show" to thank for the gig. After an executive at NBC (the same network that aired "Seinfeld," in which O'Hurley starred as the over-the-top catalog mogul J. Peterman) watched the Christopher Guest film that satirizes the world of dog shows, he decided a real-life dog show would be the perfect fit to fill the post-parade slot in the Thanksgiving Day TV lineup. And O'Hurley would be the perfect person to co-host it."I looked at this and as strange as it was, I said, 'You know, for some reason I have to do this,'" he tells omg! of hosting what's now "The National Dog Show Presented by Purina." "It was just an odd opportunity and yet it's returned just so much joy to me over the 11 years I've been doing it."

Justin Bieber on his tour bus. (Guillermo Bosch/INFDaily.com)Since his relationship with Selena Gomez is reportedly in the off-again phase, Justin Bieber has been enjoying cuddle time with … his hamster. In New York City for a stop on his Believe tour, the 18-year-old gave fans who had gathered outside of his tour bus a glimpse of his new furry friend, Pac, on Monday. First, the "Boyfriend" singer, who performed that night at the shiny new Barclay Center in Brooklyn, popped his head out of the bus — to the delight of a waiting mob of admirers. Bieber, who sported a hat with the word "dope" emblazoned across it, then disappeared for a moment and reemerged extending just his hand … which held little Pac. We imagine the squealing Beliebers gave Pac a warm reception!
Pac has become the official mascot of Bieber's tour, which extends into 2013. After buying his critter companion late last month, the teen heartthrob immediately introduced the little guy to the Twitterverse. "This is Pac the hamster, my new believe tour pet," he posted in late October.
