Wait … Didn’t Bill Ray and Tish Cyrus Call it Quits?!

Those Cyruses keep us guessing!

While Miley and her fiancé Liam Hemsworth regularly raise eyebrows about whether or not they're still together (at the moment they are), now it's the twerking-obsessed singer's parents who are causing the head scratching.

Billy Ray, 51, and Tish Cyrus, 53, were photographed looking quite friendly with one another as they left a pizza eatery with their daughter Noah and a friend in North Hollywood on Sunday, which wouldn't be surprising at all except for the fact that Tish filed for divorce just 10 days ago.

Tish petitioned to end the couple's 19-year union in L.A., citing the usual "irreconcilable differences" and seeking spousal support, attorney's fees, and physical custody of 13-year-old Noah. (The couple's four other children are adults.)

Billy Ray filed his own papers in Nashville on the same day.

If that all sounds like déja vu, it's because Billy Ray initiated a split when he filed for divorce from Tish for the first time in October 2010. He later changed his mind and, five months later, withdrew the filing.

The "Achy, Breaky Heart" singer explained in a March 2011 interview with GQ that he believed many of the couple's problems were due to Miley's successful run on the Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana."

"The damn show destroyed my family," he told the magazine. "And I sit there and go, 'Yeah, you know what? Some gave all.' It is my motto, and guess what? I have to eat that one. I some-gave-all'd it all right. I some-gave-all'd it while everybody else was going to the bank. It's all sad."

Interestingly, the title track on Billy Ray's 1992 debut album, "Some Gave All," was co-written by his first wife, Cindy, whom he was married to for five years until 1991.

As for Billy Ray and Tish, they definitely don't look like two people ready to say goodbye …
