Andy Cohen stopped by Bethenny Frankel’s talk show for an episode airing on Monday and was quick to put the reality star in the hot seat with a blast from the past – her “Real Housewives of New York” audition tape. The Bravo exec and “Watch What Happens Live” host played a highlight reel from the tape in which the spunky brunette talks about her New York life and her career as a natural foods chef for celebs such as Mariska Hargitay and Alicia Silverstone.
Meanwhile, thanks to picture-in-picture television, Bethenny can be seen cringing at the footage being played. “That was painful,” she exclaims after watching herself. "That's why I made it on the show?"
And while Bethenny may have been embarrassed by Andy’s little surprise, she has a lot to be proud of. When she began filming the hit Bravo series in 2008, she had $8,000 in her bank account. But in 2011 the entrepreneur sold her line of low-calorie Skinnygirl Margaritas for a reported $120 million!
