Get Ready for More Duggars! Josh and Wife Expecting Their Third

It’s three and counting for the oldest member of the Duggar family and his wife.

“19 Kids and Counting” star Josh Duggar, 25, and his wife Anna, 24, announced on the “Today” show this morning that they will be adding one more to their brood in three months.

After their big reveal, Josh took to his Twitter account to share the happy news with his fans. “So thankful for the blessing of our 3rd child! Thanks @todayshow for having us on this morning!… http://instagr.am/p/WuC3ituWCF/

It shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that the pair, who tied the knot in 2008, have wasted no time in starting a family: It’s in their genes! The young couple is already parents to daughter Mackynzie, 3, and son Michael, 21 months.

"It is very exciting," Josh told People magazine. "It's fun for Michael and Mackynzie being so close in age and this baby will be, too. We feel very blessed and happy."

In typical Duggar fashion, Anna’s road to pregnancy likely will be documented on their hit TLC show. In fact, the adorable mom took a pregnancy test during the Duggar family’s trip to Asia to shoot their reality special, “19 Kids and Counting: Duggars Do Asia” (premiering Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET on TLC). Much to her disappointment, the test came back negative. However, a few short weeks and several bouts of morning sickness later, the happy news was confirmed.

To tell the rest of the Arkansas-based clan about their visit from the stork, Anna and her cousin Amy prepared a baby-themed meal complete with baby carrots, baby corn, and small cherry tomatoes.

Like Josh’s parents, Jim Bob, 47, and Michelle, 46, who named all their kids using the letter “J,” Josh and Anna may be planning to do the same with the letter, “M.” For now, they’re keeping details like the name and the gender of the child private.

Perhaps they'll be inspired by their trip overseas.
