Liam Hemsworth Finally Talks Miley, Says He’s Single

Liam Hemsworth is moving on.

For the first time since he and Miley Cyrus went public with their broken engagement in September, the Australian actor spoke out about the twerk queen.

"I'm extremely happy for all of her success," the 23-year-old politely and diplomatically told "Extra" while promoting "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" on Tuesday.

While he didn't get into the whys or hows — unfortunately! — he went on to share his current relationship status, a tidbit sure to make the single gals out there happy.

Despite having a fling with Mexican singer/actress Eiza González right after his breakup, Hemsworth said, "I don't have a lady at the moment."

His "Catching Fire" co-star Woody Harrelson, who was also there for the chat, anointed himself Hemsworth's personal matchmaker and went on to share his top pick for the young star's next gal pal: Oprah!

"Who knows? I don't want to count anything out," Hemsworth replied with a laugh, adding, "She's a wonderful woman, a very strong woman."

We're sure Stedman Graham, Oprah's beau of nearly 30 years, would agree.

While Hemsworth is just now addressing the end of his relationship with Cyrus, she has talked about it several times and has been linked to several people herself, including producer Mike Will Made It. The first was during an October appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

"I keep saying I'm the happiest I've ever been, and that's not even a dig," said Cyrus, who is getting ready to tour to promote "Bangerz." "That's just me, because I really am genuinely happy finally with myself which I think sometimes it takes you separating yourself from someone else to really be happy with who you are."

Breaking up is hard to do, but sometimes it's best for all parties involved.
