Kelly Osborne Is Engaged and #FeelingVeryLucky

Kelly Osbourne is going to be a missus.

The E! "Fashion Police" co-host got engaged last week while on vacation on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, after her boyfriend of two years, model Matthew Mosshart, popped the question.

The 28-year-old star showed off her new solitaire sparkler in Hello! magazine in a cuddly photo spread and revealed that she designed the bling herself. "I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore. I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say, 'I want a ring like that.' Now I have one!"

She also told the British rag that she can't stand to be away from her new fiancé. "I've never felt this close to another human being, ever. People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."

While Osbourne has remained tight-lipped about her engagement on Twitter, she has been posting a series of pictures from her island getaway on Instagram with gushy captions like, "Thank god for words like #paradise for I would not seek the definition of it! #FeelingVeryLucky!"

Osbourne, who was previously engaged to model Luke Worrall in 2009, met Mosshart in 2011 at supermodel Kate Moss's wedding to The Kills rocker Jamie Hince. The cute couple jumped into a long distance relationship shortly thereafter. It wasn't long before Mosshart relocated from his home in New York City to Los Angeles to be closer to his ladylove.

As their romance heated up, so did the engagement rumors.

In January, The former "Dancing With the Stars" starlet took to Twitter to clear up rumors that Mosshart had gotten down on bended knee before Christmas. "#DontBelieveEverythingYouRead," she tweeted.

In early February, Osbourne dished to omg! at the Heart Truth Fashion Show that although the rumors weren't true, getting engaged to the vegan chef was definitely on her radar. "Isn't it on every girl's radar? If it isn't, you're boring. Honestly, when it happens it happens, and I hope I'm lucky enough that he actually wants me."

By May, the former reality star gushed to Cosmopolitan magazine, "He just wants to love me, and I just want to be loved by him."

And one short month later, Osbourne referred to Mosshart "the one" on "Good Morning America."

Clearly their road to romance has been mostly sunny skies, but after their engagement week, it looks like they've already weathered one storm.

According to the lavender-haired stunner, Tropical Storm Chantal almost thwarted her romantic vacay with Mosshart and friends in Anguilla. Osbourne snapped a pic of the foreboding sky from her beachside abode and posted it to Instagram with the caption, "The storm is a comin'."

Let's hope the rest of their trip to happily ever after remains bright and sunny!
