Kathy Griffin (Getty Images)The controversial Grammy Awards dress code -- which dictates side boob, butt crack and any exposing of naughtier bits will be prohibited at Sunday's big show -- has inspired a lot of chatter at weekend events.
An easy antidote for all that skin policing? Kathy Griffin.
We ran into her at Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy bash, held at the Beverly Hilton, and pressed for her thoughts on who would be the first on Sunday's carpet to break the rules.

"Oh, Miley [Cyrus] is already showing side boob," Griffin told omg!, and right she was. The singer and fiance to Liam Hemsworth was sporting a form-fitting halter dress. "And I want even more, I'm going to rip that fabric off completely."
Always a fan of attention, Griffin herself intends to show some skin at the ceremony (she's a nominee for best comedy album).
"I'll be showing some puffy bits," Griffin said, referring to a bizarre mandate in the dress code memo, "but it's Oscar de la Renta."
If you must violate, Kathy, do it in de la Renta.
