Justin Bieber (Sort of) Apologizes for That Whole Peeing Thing

At least he's man enough to apologize?

Justin Bieber has stumbled and tripped his way through 2013 with seemingly one controversy after another. The 19-year-old singer is now embroiled in a new drama after, um, leaked footage showed him urinating in a mop bucket inside a New York City nightclub kitchen and saying, "F**k Bill Clinton." But he's sorry for all that, he claims.

"In life u will make mistakes and people will try and tear u down...but u gotta stay positive. Stay strong..and learn to be better..and...always live to serve others and The Lord. #growingeveryday," the grammatically challenged "Heartbreaker" crooner tweeted on Wednesday night ― an apology that sort of sounds a lot like the one he made after photos of him smoking pot surfaced in January.

The Canadian superstar also had a special tweet for the former president – who, incidentally, left office when the Biebs was just 6 years old – writing, "@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot. #greatguy."

According to multiple reports, Bieber's apology to Clinton involved much more than a tweet. He called him personally to apologize after he's seen in the video spraying a cleaning substance on a photo of the 66-year-old while inexplicably cursing him out.

E! News reports that Clinton took a laidback approach to Bieber's insult and apology, saying something like, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well."

Bieber also reportedly offered to lend his support to the Clinton Global Initiative, though the former leader of the free world instead advised the teen to focus on finding his own ways to give back to charity ― and to reassess his friendships, as one of the droopy pants lover's pals betrayed him by selling the urination video in the first place.

Perhaps Bieber should start with his BFF, Lil Twist? The aspiring rapper, who is roomies with Selena Gomez's on-again beau, was arrested for DUI on Thursday morning in Calabasas, California, "omg! Insider" has confirmed. He was behind the wheel of Bieber's Fisker Karma ― and has a long history of causing trouble in the star's fancy rides.

The Biebs seems to be getting hate from other directions as well. Fans of the Chicago Blackhawks have been bashing him after photos surfaced of the star taking photos of the Stanley Cup in the Blackhawks locker room. Their beef? He was standing on the team logo, though Yahoo! Sports editor Greg Wyshynski had a funny take on that.

Regardless, the Blackhawks have no problem with Bieber, according to a statement released by management.

"As frequently happens with guests into our room, Justin inadvertently stepped on the team logo on the floor but moved off quickly once immediately reminded," said the statement. "He was apologetic and understanding of the tradition but continued to take photos with the Cup and some young fans. He was extremely genuine and kind with his time. We appreciate his enthusiasm towards hockey and wish him well with the remainder of his tour."

We wish him well too. He needs all the good wishes he can get as he navigates the bumpy road he seems to be traveling on.
