Justin Bieber and fan, Jocelyn (Twitter)Did he or didn’t he?
That’s the question everyone’s been asking about this photo, which surfaced earlier this week. In the image of Justin Bieber and a fan, in which it appears he may be groping the young woman’s breast.
The photo, which was originally posted to the Justin Bieber fan page, has since been removed. However, the fan, Jocelynn, who goes by the Twitter handle @JocelynnBieber and describes herself as a 17-year-old from Florida , has now made the image her Twitter icon.
Joceyln has responded that Bieber did nothing inappropriate. Bieber responded on Twitter:
