Jessica Simpson Taking Break From Weight Watchers During Second Pregnancy

It's not goodbye to Jessica Simpson's Weight Watchers program – it's simply until they eat again.

In light of the news that she is indeed pregnant, Simpson will suspend use of the food point system that helped her shed a reported 60 pounds after the birth of her first child last May.

After a Christmas Day tweet declared Simpson and Eric Johnson's daughter Maxwell Drew a "big sis," the "Fashion Star" panelist put to rest weeks of speculation that she was expecting just seven months after delivering her first baby girl.

Simpson "will not be following the program during the pregnancy while her weight and well-being are monitored by her obstetrician, as is recommended for any woman during pregnancy," the organization said in a statement.

The Weight Watchers team even tweeted good will to the family, currently enjoying the holiday break in Hawaii.

"Congrats...what an amazing year you've had," they wrote. And how busy the engaged pair will be chasing after two little ones in 2013.

But before the double diaper duty begins, Jessica made right on her spokeswomanship. A new ad spot for Weight Watchers has her sharing the happy news with viewers.

"Being healthy has become a part of who I am, which is great timing because I'm having another baby," she says in the clip. "I feel like I'm on top of the world!"
