Jenny McCarthy and Amanda Bynes Embroiled in Twitter War of Words
Don't mess with Amanda Bynes on Twitter!
The former actress does not mince her words online when it comes to dealing with folks who she perceives are disparaging her.
The latest to feel her wrath? … VH1 talk show host Jenny McCarthy, who received quite the public tongue lashing from Bynes on Thursday morning, before they were able to publicly make up on the social networking site.
The incident started when McCarthy, 40, who just finished a three-day co-hosting gig on ABC's "The View," tweeted Wednesday night, "Police are at @AmandaBynes house. I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help." (this tweet has since been deleted.)
McCarthy then added:
It came from a publicist but if no one can back it up it could be wrong. So start digging.

According to McCarthy, this news stemmed from posts by Jonathan Jaxson, a publicist who reportedly claims to have formerly represented Bynes, who told Radar Online that Bynes had called him while, he believed, she was "high on drugs," telling him that she "(didn't) want to live anymore."
Jaxson was previously embroiled in a legal kerfuffle with Kim Kardashian over comments he made regarding her marriage to Kris Humphries. He was forced to issue a public apology in 2012. Jaxson had originally tweeted:
I just spoke to @amandabynes and she is soooo messed up on drugs and please @ny_police find her and help her! I don't know her address! @tmz

That's when Bynes let loose on McCarthy, tweeting:
"@JennyMcCarthy you're ugly! Police weren't at my house old lady! Shut the f--k up!"
Following it up with: "@jennymccarthy I need help? What are u talking about? Aren't u 50 years old? I'm 27, u look 80 compared to me! Why are you talking about me?"
(these tweets have also since been deleted)
It appears now, however, that all’s well that ends well, with Amanda tweeting (and McCarthy responding with), the following:
@jennymccarthy thanks! I'm sorry I offended you! You're beautiful! I was lying! I'll delete our tweets!

Wednesday morning, Jaxson tweeted that he believe he was in the right in doing what he felt he needed to do to help Bynes:
Hoping today is a better day. I NEVER did what I did last night for attention. I did it in hopes of saving a life. I didn't have her addy at

first and then got it and called the NYPD again in NYC, who said I had to have a proper address. Amanda has been changing her number weekly.

In addition to hotel hoping and gym hoping. Amanda needed help and I did everything I could and knew to do to help!
