Holly Madison Gives Birth to a Baby Girl!

It’s a girl for Holly Madison!

The former “Girls Next Door” star gave birth to a daughter on Tuesday afternoon.

"Pasquale and I welcomed our first child, a baby girl!" Madison confirmed to In Touch Weekly. "We haven't yet decided on a name for her but we couldn't be any more overjoyed than at this moment."

Their daughter weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and was born at 11:59 a.m.

"I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time," Pasquale, 38, tells the magazine. “Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."

Madison told the Las Vegas Sun over the weekend, that while she and boyfriend Pasquale Rotella have had a name picked out for a while, it could be subjected to a last minute change.

“It’s such an unusual and difficult name I have a feeling we’ll add something simpler once she’s arrived safely in our world,” Madison said.

Madison, 33, checked into a Las Vegas hospital Monday night and was prepared to induce labor if necessary. Her official due date was today, March 5.

A long labor isn’t the only thing for which the former playmate was busy prepping.

"This might sound gross, but I'm totally planning on having my placenta turned into pills I can take after giving birth," Madison wrote on her blog last week. "I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can!”

This is the first child for Madison and her party promoter beau, who have been dating since November 2011. Although there are no definite plans, Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriend shared that they may get married in late summer.

Congrats to the two new parents!
