Hayden Panettiere Dons Daring Dress, Designed Her Own Engagement Ring

Meow! It seems Hayden Panettiere is already channeling Halloween. The newly engaged star showed up to the Environmental Media Awards on Saturday, October 19, clad in an orange-and-black number—that also happened to be skintight… and see-through.

Comprised of a black lace top with crisscross bandage accents, the dress showcased the 24-year-old star's décolletage and svelte bod. Meanwhile, a bright orange skirt revealed her killer backside. The blonde beauty completed her daring ensemble with sky-high stilettos and a sleek topknot.

But even her head-turning curves couldn't upstage her best accessory: her enormous engagement ring, which, apparently, she designed herself.

"[Montblanc] made me this amazing book where they did a bunch of sketches," she told E! News. "I told them my idea over time and tweaking things here and there, it came to fruition."

The end result of their combined efforts is a giant, emerald-cut sparkler that comes with a reported $500,000 price tag. In other words, Wladimir Klitschko really, really wanted her to get what she wanted. Ain't love grand?

The couple met in 2009 and Hayden (finally) confirmed their engagement two weeks ago on "Live! With Kelly and Michael."

Though Klitschko couldn't attend the event with his future better half, Hayden didn't show up solo. Instead, her younger brother, Jansen Panettiere, came out to support her as she received the evening's EMA Futures Award for her six years with The Whaleman Foundation. Something tells us Hayden's boxing beau is pretty proud of his leading lady.
