It seems like regular old yoga just isn’t enough for Gwyneth Paltrow anymore! The 40-year-old actress took to her lifestyle blog goop.com on Thursday to reveal the wacky new workout that’s helping her achieve her toned physique … AntiGravity Yoga!
The blond actress gushed over the exercise trend, explaining that the routine uses hammocks suspended from the ceiling that allow for a total body workout. You might feel silly hanging in the fabric cocoon, but the technique, which includes yoga, acrobatics, dance, gymnastics, and Pilates apparently has major health benefits!
