‘Glee’ Cast Tweets Support to Cory Monteith For Entering Rehab

Lea Michele has already declared her support for boyfriend Cory Monteith and his decision to enter rehab for substance abuse. Not surprisingly, Fox and the rest of his "Glee" co-stars are following suit.

"Cory is a beloved member of the 'Glee' family and we fully support his decision to seek treatment," 20th Century Fox TV tells omg! in a statement. "Everyone at the show wishes him well and looks forward to his return."

Creator Ryan Murphy along with stars Jenna Ushkowitz, Harry Shum Jr., Kevin McHale, and Amber Riley have all tweeted well wishes to Monteith, 30.

"I am so proud of Cory Monteith and love and support him 100%" Murphy tweeted.

"Sending lots of love and light to @CoryMonteith. We love you." Ushkowitz said, while Harry Shum Jr. tweeted: "Supporting @CoryMonteith for his courageous decision. Get well soon my friend! Proud of you!"

"Love u @CoryMonteith, so proud of you :)" McHale tweeted, while Riley expressed: "I support you big bro, love you to life. So proud of you @CoryMonteith get well soon."

Meanwhile Mark Salling said: "Huge love for brother Cory. Can't wait to hit the course with ya."

A rep for Monteith told omg! on Sunday that the actor “has voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction. He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”

Michele — who has been dating Monteith for a little over a year — also released a statement, saying, "I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this. I am grateful and proud he made this decision."

The actor has been open about his history of battling drug and alcohol abuse.

We, too, send the "Glee" star our best during this time.
