What they wore: An asymmetrical, neon-yellow column gown by Kaufmanfranco.

When they wore it: Hough, 24, donned the dress in June at the Hollywood premiere of her movie "Rock of Ages," which happened eight months before 28-year-old Kardashian rocked the frock in February at this year's edition of the famous Oscars bash that Elton John throws every year in L.A.
How they styled it: Both ladies opted for bright lips and drop earrings, but where they really differed was hair. Hough showed off a top knot, and Kardashian chose to leave her locks loose and wavy.
