All of the Details From Inside Fergie’s ‘Gayby’ Shower!
Forget silly diaper games and cooing over onesie decorating ... Fergie had a "gayby" shower!
The fun spin on a baby shower went down on Sunday afternoon at the SLS Hotel in West Hollywood and, as we told you on Friday, soooo much more than tea and crumpets was served.
The event, thrown by Fergie BFFs Sean Patterson (her fashion agent), DSquared designers Dean and Dan Caten, and celeb hair connoisseur Andy Lecompte, was certainly the social event of the weekend. The guest list was a who's who of fashionable Hollywood, including Kelly Osbourne, Julianne Hough, Adam Shankman with fiancé Frank Meli, Lance Bass and boyfriend Michael Turchin, RuPaul (who looked stunning in a light pink suit), Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters, Adam Lambert, model Gabriel Aubry, Molly Sims, Perez Hilton, and "Fashion Police's" George Katsiopoulos.
A four-layered cake from Sweet E's bakery adorned with confectionary lollipop swirls, pearls, and top hats, highlighted the color theme of black, white, and blue. Dylan's Candy Bar also supplied sweets for the affair.
Fergie drink specials included Ferg-aritas, which guests could drink through straws adorned with polka dots and musical notes. Fergie's own line of wine, Ferguson Crest, was also available.
Of course, Fergie's husband, Josh Duhamel, joined in on all of the fun while dressed in a blue button-down shirt and jeans. Fergie looked radiant as well in a fun fuchsia, black, white, and blue printed dress.
Highlights of the affair included performances throughout the afternoon by burlesque dancers and drag queen (and former "Australian Idol" semi-finalist) Courtney Act — who did a rousing rendition of "Let's Hear It for the Boy."
"It's my baby boy's first party!" Fergie exclaimed on the mic at one point.
Fergie used the occasion to announce that her sister, Dana (in attendance), was also pregnant.
It looks like the Ferguson family is growing rapidly!
