Cory Monteith All Smiles During Post-Rehab Night Out With Lea Michele

Fresh out of rehab, Cory Monteith was game for some fun with girlfriend Lea Michele on Wednesday night, and found it while rooting on his beloved Vancouver Canucks in the first game of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The 30-year-old actor looked happy as can be seated next to his "Glee" co-star and ladylove in the stands at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia. They were decked out in Canucks gear -- hats and jerseys -- as they sat side by side smiling.

Their appearance at the high-profile sporting event didn't go unnoticed. At one point, the arena announcer officially welcomed them to the game and panned to them on the Jumbotron. They both were good sports, waving to the camera and pointing to their hats, though they seemed slightly embarrassed by the attention.

Monteith and Michele, 26, also rooted on the home team on Twitter, posting similar "Go Canucks!!" messages during the game. Despite their support, the Canucks fell to the San Jose Sharks 1-3.

The couple arrived in Monteith's native Canada on Friday and has been making up for the time they lost during his stay in a rehab facility last month. A fan snapped a photo of them grabbing a cup of Joe with Monteith's mother, Ann. The trio also had dinner in Victoria.

In late March, Monteith announced that he had “voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction." The actor, who has been candid about his past troubles with drug abuse, missed the final two episodes of "Glee" while rehabbing in Antigua … though from the looks of the photo it was worth it because he seems healthy, happy, and back on track.
