Clint Eastwood Splits With Wife No. 2

Clint Eastwood and his wife, Dina, are going separate ways.

The four-time Oscar-winning actor/director, 83, and the former TV reporter, 48, have split after more than 17 years of married life, Dina tells Us Weekly.

Eastwood's manager, Leonard Hirshan, told omg! that he does not comment on the star's personal life.

The couple met when Dina interviewed the "Unforgiven" star for a local TV station back in 1993. At the time, Dina thought the much-older Eastwood would be a perfect match … for her mother.

"I thought he'd find my mom attractive because she's a petite redhead and he'd been going out with similar women like Frances Fisher and Sondra Locke," she told the Daily Mail in 2012. "So nothing happened, but then a year later we were sat together at a function. It was bizarre: We started holding hands underneath the table and just never let go." Dina described her husband as "genial" with "a great sense of humor," and as someone who "defies age."

The couple, who married not long after Eastwood's hit "The Bridges of Madison County" was released, have one daughter, Morgan, 16. Eastwood has seven other children from previous relationships, including actress Francesca Eastwood, 20, with his ex Frances Fisher.

Dina, Morgan, and Francesca all starred in the 2012 reality show "Mrs. Eastwood & Company," which followed their lives and Dina's work as manager of an up-and-coming a cappella group called the Overtones, which Dina met when the family traveled to South Africa for the filming of Clint's movie "Invictus." Eastwood occasionally boosted the show's star quotient with appearances.

The A-lister was previously married to Maggie Johnson, who he met before becoming a successful actor, from 1953 to 1984.
