Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore Divorced. Finally.

It has been two years since Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore separated, but the couple is just now officially divorced.

Documents were filed on Tuesday by Kutcher's attorney to end their marriage of six years. The papers were in turn signed off by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon. The couple split up in November 2011.

Ashton filed for divorce in December 2012, while Moore followed suit this past March.

So what was the hold up?

Kutcher, 35, and Moore, 51, were bickering over money.

Although Demi isn't hurting for cash, at one point it was reported that she was seeking spousal support from her ex-husband. Ashton is the top-earning actor on TV (pocketing about $24 million a year thanks to "Two and a Half Men"), and also has many lucrative tech investment deals. Supposedly, Demi believed money that Ashton put into startups, like Skype, wouldn't have been possible without her.

Terms of the settlement have not been disclosed, but it is believed that Ashton ended up giving Demi a financial lump sum.

Despite fighting over their estimated fortune of $300 million, the former couple was photographed looking quite cordial in September at LAX, returning from the same tech conference. That wasn't too shocking considering romantically, both Ashton and Demi have moved on.

Kutcher has been dating his former "That '70s Show" co-star Mila Kunis, 30, for over a year, while Moore has been seeing yoga enthusiast Will Hanigan, 30.

Demi and Ashton announced they were breaking up in November 2011 after reports of infidelity on the actor's part.

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton," Moore said in a statement at the time. "As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."

Kutcher tweeted a response: "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."

This was Moore's third marriage to go kaput — she was previously wed to Bruce Willis (1987-2000) and rocker Freddy Moore (1980-85) — and first for Ashton.

Wonder if he will give it another try with Mila anytime soon.
