Hollywood hunk James Franco went on "The Howard Stern Show" on SiriusXM radio Monday to talk about his new movie, "Spring Breakers," but instead ended up dishing about his critically slammed 2011 Oscars hosting gig with Anne Hathaway … even if she didn't want him to. The 34-year-old actor has been pretty tight-lipped up until now, trying to keep the past in the past, but, leave it to the controversial radio host to finally get him talking!

"She does not want me to talk about this, but OK," Franco warned, "I'm happy to revisit this, but you're going to have to take the lead."

Needless to say, that's exactly what Stern did, expressing why he doesn't like the Oscar-winning actress himself. Franco shared his thoughts on his former co-host, the "Hatha-haters," and where their relationship stands now.

But, when Stern brought up rumors that Franco was dating co-star Ashley Benson and asked if he was claiming her as his girl he simply said, “No, no, no”.

During his chat with the eccentric radio host, Franco also confirmed that Lindsay Lohan did want to sleep with him and he met her during his stay at the Chateau Marmont while years ago. While he said he hasn’t spoken with her in a while, he did talk about why he didn’t want to get involved with the 26-year-old saying, “Poor Lindsay … She was having trouble even then so … you feel weird”.

Bar Refaeli is the new face of an ad produced by Israeli Foreign Ministry to promote her home country. But the new pro-Israel ad has sparked a major controversy among the Israel Defense Forces.

The gorgeous Israeli model previously dodged her compulsory military draft, which is a requirement for all Israeli women over the age of 18. Worried that joining the military would interfere with her modeling career, the blond bombshell took advantage of a loophole in the system. Since married women are excused from the draft, Refaeli married a family friend in 2007 and quickly filed for divorce after receiving her exemption.

A spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces addressed the casting of Refaeli in the commercial in a statement saying, "The choice of a representative who did not serve in the military as an official presenter on behalf of Israel, conveys the message that we ignore and forgive evasion of enlistment, and encourages identification, among youths of both sexes, with the success of those who did not enlist."

But the 27-year-old Sports Illustrated cover girl isn't losing any sleep over the controversy!

Well, we don’t know that for sure, but that’s what an Indian advertising company seems to believe … and sketched out in a new Ford ad featuring cartoon characters meant to portray Khloe, Kourtney, and a bikini-clad Kim with their hands and ankles tied and their mouths taped shut (or in Khloe’s case, stuffed with a gag ball). All while Paris winks from the front seat. The tag line reads: “Leave Your Worries Behind. With Figo’s extra-large boot.”

Though the ad was meant to be funny, there was one family who wasn’t laughing: The Kardashians.

“The 'leave your worries behind' Ford ads are disgusting, vile and offensive to all women,” a Kardashian attorney told “omg! Insider.” “It is unacceptable that Ford would align itself with an ad agency that would so carelessly release these ads. The Kardashians do not take this lightly and they are exploring all of their legal options.”

If Cher could turn back time … would she buy her 3-bedroom house in Venice, California, all over again? The answer is unclear.

On the one hand, Cher purchased the 2,250-square-foot property less than three years ago and already wants to unload it, according to real estate web site Zillow. On the other, if the 66-year-old gets her $1,899,500 asking price, she probably stands to make some sort of profit even after accounting for realtor fees and any money she put into renovating the place, which she purchased for $1.54 million in May of 2010.

The 30 Seconds to Mars singer revealed in a new interview with London's XFM that his band's fans – who call themselves The Echelon – are so dedicated, they often send him "gifts" before local shows.

"Someone cut their ear off once and sent it to me," revealed Leto. "That was very strange. A whole ear. The Van Gogh move … The note said, 'Are you listening?' I never knew who it was, who's missing their ear out there."

The 28-year-old royal will be skipping the city on his first trip back to the United States since that nude photo scandal erupted after his last visit in August. At that time, pics of the third in line to the British throne partying nude with equally bare ladies in a VIP hotel suite in Las Vegas leaked onto the Internet, sparking a firestorm of bad publicity for the royal family. (Prince Harry, a captain in Britain's Army Air Corps, has managed to stay out of trouble since then, largely because he was deployed to Afghanistan for four months, beginning in September.)

However, he'll be returning stateside May 9-15 for charity events, focused mostly on those that help injured servicemen and women from the U.S. and U.K. armed forces. He'll be in Washington, D.C., where he’ll visit Arlington National Cemetery and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center; New Jersey for meetings with Hurricane Sandy victims; New York City to play in a community baseball event; and will make additional stops for similar events in Connecticut, Denver, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
