Why It's Completely Over-the-Top: IMAX Corporation currently operates nearly 700 theaters around the world that show both 2D and 3D movies using proprietary technology to create a more "immersive effect" for the audience … but of course you've actually got to sit next to strangers if you visit one of these theaters. Those who want a private version in their own homes have to be pretty serious movie buffs with lots of money to burn … and it sounds like the 39-year-old qualifies on both counts. MacFarlane has already installed a $35,000 projector to screen first-run movies that cost $500 a pop.

Hilary Duff (Rebecca Davis/NBC NewsWire)On the upcoming season finale of "Two and a Half Men," Hilary Duff guest stars as a woman trying to get the attention of Walden -- played by hottie Ashton Kutcher -- with no luck.

"I didn't do any kissing!" the wife of hockey player Mike Comrie tells omg! with a laugh. "My character was trying to real hard, though, and she kept getting declined!"

Duff, who appeared alongside Kutcher in the 2003 movie "Cheaper by the Dozen," was thrilled to get the chance to work with him again. Despite his "Punk'd" persona, she says he's actually "a really deep guy."

Aside from Kutcher, the thing Duff, 25, perhaps loved most about filming the episode, which airs May 9, is the schedule.

"I would get to go be with my son at the park and be finished by three o'clock in the afternoon," she says of the gig.

A typically serious Nicole Kidman is revealing her fun, playful side in a new commercial for Swisse Wellness vitamins, an Australian brand -- and all we can say is, wow!

In the spot, the 5'11" beauty dances around a field of flowers and shows off her super impressive high kicks in the process. And with those moves, she could certainly take up a second job as a Radio City Rockette!

The mom of four looks flawless and happy floating through the video in a white blouse, peach shorts, and brown motorcycle boots, making us love the more lighthearted Nicole. Can you believe she's 45? If her ageless looks are from those vitamins, sign us up!

The Australian supermodel wore an unusual getup for a photo shoot Thursday in New York City. Instead of her typical feminine couture gowns -- or barely-there slinky lingerie outfits -- the 30-year-old showed a sporty side in high-fashion … basketball gear.

The soon-to-be ex-Victoria's Secret Angel channeled her inner LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony for the shoot. The main pieces she wore were gold short shorts, which showed off her killer legs, and a red and gold top. But truly the best bits of the outfit were the red, white, and blue sweatband (worn more like a crown than to collect forehead sweat), red kneepads, and blue platform sneakers. None of it was exactly regulation wear!

While striking a pose, Kerr gamely tried her hand at a little dribbling and tossed the ball in the air … though it's not likely the NBA, which is in the middle of its playoffs, will come calling.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" star rocked the feathered look during a 2011 Elle photo shoot, while Mary-Kate and Ashley's stylish little sis wore a soft and cozy coat in April that looked a lot like the lovable big guy himself.

Another fashion-forward A-lister getting in on the trend was Sarah Jessica Parker. The former "Sex and the City" star wore a giant blue jacket back in February to Mercedes-Benz fashion week in NYC, and all we could think of was Cookie Monster. ("Om nom nom nom!")
