  • Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" is one of the catchiest songs out right now. So catchy, in fact, that even Jimmy Kimmel parodied the too-hot-to-handle music video when the musician was a guest on his show Thursday night.

So, when "omg! Insider" correspondent Christina McLarty met up with Robin's famous dad, Alan Thicke, for the final installment of "omg! Insider's" Best TV Dads special, she had to get Alan’s take on Robin’s appeal with the ladies. Explaining why women love the sexy singer, the former "Growing Pains" patriarch said, "He's a stud. He's 6'4”, he's in great shape genetically, organically and then he works out and works hard and takes care of himself ... Believe me he looks great naked." So what does our favorite TV dad think of his real-life son's risqué music video for "Blurred Lines" featuring naked models? He joked, "I think they did some excellent casting. The last report I heard was 42 million hits on YouTube and who knows how many hits those girls have had on them!"

Check out the vid to see a bit of Jimmy Kimmel's "Blurred Lines" parody and tune in to "omg! Insider" on TV tonight to see more of Christina McLarty's interview with Alan Thicke!

  • Joan Rivers loves the finer things in life: clothes, jewels, the occasional cosmetic procedure. But what does she really want for her milestone 80th birthday? To be a Kardashian.

    At least in jest.

In a new promo spot advertising the conclusion of her weeklong takeover of E! in honor of the big 8-0, Rivers suits up in the style of the reality family, donning a wild printed dress in the clip, along with Kim’s signature long dark hair and – surprise! – a faux baby bump.

"Kanye-Schmanye, sisters, this is Denzel's," she jokes about her phony bundle of joy, alluding to "Flight" star Denzel Washington, "or it could be Morgan Freeman's. We're waiting for the test results."

  • Billy Ray, Miley, and Tish Cyrus (Getty Images)

It's a sad day for the Cyrus clan, since news broke that Miley's parents, Billy Ray and Tish, are divorcing after 19 years of marriage. While there was a close call back in 2010, this time it seems to be the real deal.

This got us thinking: These two have made it through nearly two decades — a big achievement, especially in Hollywood. They raised a daughter who turned into a major star without losing her mind, which is perhaps an even bigger achievement. And now… they're calling it quits? Isn't the hard part behind them?

It turns out, the timeline of their marriage (and its ending), is hardly unique in Hollywood. There are many child stars whose parents stuck it out during those early years, only to divorce after their kid made it big.

Back in 2002, Britney Spears was gracing the cover of Rolling Stone between Shakira and Mary J. Blige — and putting them both to shame. She had the most coveted figure on the planet, a $7 million promotional deal with Pepsi, and several recent Grammy

  • Lance Bass at the Lambda Legal 2013 West Coast Liberty Awards (Justin Wagner Photography)It's practically a Hollywood rite of passage these days to be called "ugly" on Twitter by Amanda Bynes.

When SiriusXM OutQ host Lance Bass received the honor a few weeks ago, he responded by saying, "The Amanda I know would never had said something like this to me - either this is a fake person or she really does have a mental illness. Way too sad. I reached out - all i can do."

When "omg! Insider" caught up with Bass Thursday night at the London Hotel in West Hollywood, where he was hosting Lambda Legal's 2013 West Coast Liberty Awards, he elaborated a bit more on how some of his words about Bynes had been taken out of context.

  • Ben Affleck was honored with the filmmaker of the year award at the Directors Spotlight for UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television's annual film festival on Thursday night.

"Omg! Insider" was on the red carpet at the event and got the chance to chat with the Oscar-winning director about his upcoming Father's Day plans. He revealed to us that he would be celebrating it ― gasp! — alone!

Uh, oh — say it ain't so! Fortunately, it's not what you might think. "My kids are great around Father's Day," Ben said. "They, uh, you know, they made some presents for me. We had early Father's Day, because the kids went to be with their mom in Cleveland where she's making a movie with Kevin Costner called 'Draft Day.' It's a little early plug for the movie. Summer 2014. Go see it." Well … at least he was able to celebrate early!

While the actor-director looked handsome at the event, one part of his outfit that we couldn't help but notice was missing was his kids' good luck ink we got used to seeing during awards season. He told us, "Clean hands tonight; I don't think there are any other nominees." Awww! While he might not need the good luck at this event, we do love seeing how much his family supports him!

Check out the vid to see more of Ben's red carpet interview, and tune in to "omg! Insider" on television tonight for his extensive advice for future film directors.

Denno, who is 18 months old, got a lesson in real life vs. reel life on Thursday when he came face to face with Downey while the actor was in the Western Massachusetts community of Sunderland filming his upcoming comedy-drama "The Judge."

File this under 'Awesome': Mariah Carey is a huge "Game of Thrones" fan.

"My favorite thing to do is lay in bed with my son, daughter, wife, and a bowl of popcorn and watch whatever," Cannon told omg!. "Seriously, [Mariah and I] have memorized every Shrek from 1 to 4. We will watch 'Shrek the Halls' in summer. 'The Lion King' is on all the time. You know we will see 'Monsters University.' But when the kids fall asleep, my wife will watch our shows. We love 'Boardwalk Empire,' 'Scandal,' and 'Homeland.'"
