Turns out, celebrities do read mean tweets about themselves! Jessica Simpson and a slew of other stars are calling out antagonistic tweets with a little help from "Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

The late night TV show host introduced the fourth installment of his popular series, "Celebrities Read Mean Tweets" Thursday night, and let's just say the results were hilarious.

Some of the not-so-nice messages included one for Simpson, which read, "I already know when I get pregnant I'm going to pull a @JessicaSimpson and gain 598 pounds." Jessica Alba also took the opportunity to call out this nasty tweet, "I just saw @jessicaalba. If this was 2007 I'd be really excited."
