Country songstress Miranda Lambert is already looking ahead to a busy 2012, when she'll kick off a national concert tour, but, as the Grammy winner tells Shape magazine, that doesn't mean she'll be slacking off in the fitness department.

"When I'm touring, I have to think of workouts that don't require a gym. My favorite is running up and down the stairs at the arena, which is good cardio and great for my lower body," Lambert shares in the December issue. "I listen to Beyonce's 'Run the World (Girls)' when I exercise. I picture her body and it makes me push harder."

Eating right on the road (whether with Beyonce music in the background or not) can be tough for most of us, and Lambert is no exception. "We eat a lot of fast food when we're traveling," she admits. "But these days, almost every restaurant has an alternative to that cheeseburger. I just have to remember to order it!"

Also like the average woman, Lambert says her weight often fluctuates by 10 pounds, but she's over trying to count calories or restrict herself. "After trying Atkins and doing Nutrisystem a few times, now I'm just focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle rather than dieting," the 29-year-old says. "I don't mind having a big butt—they're back in style. But I do a lot of squats to make sure my booty's not dragging on the ground."

Celeb Workouts You've Never Heard Of

And of course, ever since Lambert married fellow country star and "The Voice" judge Blake Shelton in May, she's had to address the requisite newlywed baby question. "Blake and I aren't having kids for a while. We're so busy, we haven't had time to enjoy married life yet," she explains. "Our seven rescue dogs are our babies."
