Now, after reuniting -- onscreen, at least! -- in their upcoming comedy, "Bad Teacher," Cameron said it was great to be working with her former flame.
"Justin is so brilliant as a comedian... it's not hard to laugh with him," Cameron told "Access Hollywood" of working with her ex-boyfriend at the CinemaCon Awards in Las Vegas on Wednesday. "There really was no one else that was more perfect for the part and we wanted the best person for the job and he certainly was that. We just had a great time... We all felt really lucky that he wanted to be a part of it, so it was a lot of fun."

Starring alongside Cameron and JT is "How I Met Your Mother" funnyman Jason Segel - who previously revealed to Access that filming with Cameron was difficult, as she wouldn't stop "undressing him with her eyes."
"How could you not? I mean look at that tall drink of water!" Cameron played along, laughing. "The best part about working with him is when [director] Jake Kasdan would come in and give direction to somebody else whose coverage it was -- you know, Jason was not even on camera -- he'd give direction to someone and then Jason would go, 'And of course I'm perfect right? I shouldn't change a thing? Just keep doing what I'm doing?'

"[Jason is] always funny," she continued. "Everything that comes out of his mouth is funny!"
At 38, the bubbly blonde is still rocking a pair of arguably the best legs in Hollywood - but the former model said there's no big secret to getting her gorgeous gams.
"I use them," she told "Access," when asked how she maintains her enviable stems. "That's what I do -- I just use them on a daily basis.

"I do all kinds of exercises, everything from lifting weights to running and everything. I like to be active," she added. "Health is really important and we have to take care of our bodies, and it's just something that I've been doing for, you know, a really long time and I'm dedicated to it."
Cameron won the Female Star of the Year award at the inaugural CinemaCon Awards and was presented with her prize by longtime friend and "Charlie's Angels" co-star, Drew Barrymore -- and the leading lady revealed the pair's friendship dates back to their teenage years.

"We've known each other so long -- we met when [Drew] was 14 and I was 16," Cameron told "Access." "We met at a place that we both used to hang out in Hollywood -- or actually, I think it was Beverly Hills -- when I was modeling and she wasn't acting. She was working at this coffee shop or this soda shop, and I used to go hang out there and we became friendly.
"Once I started acting, she [said], 'Oh, I remember you!" Cameron continued. "And we used to hang out and we became friends. She asked me to do 'Charlie's Angels' and we've been like sisters... That she would come and [present this award] is really special for me."
