Fitness magazineRegaining your figure after giving birth is hard enough, but it's even more of a challenge if you carried twins -- and that's exactly what Rebecca Romijn was faced with after the December 2008 birth of daughters Dolly and Charlie. As a supermodel for over two decades, Romijn had never even dieted a day in her life, but after gaining 60 pounds during her pregnancy, the 39-year-old had to rethink her entire fitness routine -- and learn how to eat healthy. "Losing that weight was probably the hardest thing I've ever done in my life," Romijn tells the March issue of Fitness. "Everything I did before I got pregnant -- like Pilates, which I had done for about 14 years -- didn't work anymore. I had to change the way I worked out, the way I ate -- everything."

Laila Ali is the spokesperson for Marika sports bras. Photo by Hagop KalaidjianHalf the battle of a good workout is wearing the right gear — comfortable sneakers, a fashionable outfit, and perhaps most importantly, a supportive bra. That's why former boxer and "Dancing With the Stars" finalist Laila Ali has become the spokesperson for Marika's new line of plus-size sports bras. "I'm an athlete, I'm looking for a high-performance sports bra, but I'm also looking for something that's fashionable, and of course affordable, so I just fell in love with the line," Ali, daughter of boxing legend Muhammad, tells omg!. "And I think it's great that they're coming out with a line exclusively for Lane Bryant that is for plus-size women because plus-size women need to be able to work out too."

Dave Kotinsky/Getty ImagesAnne Burrell and her signature spiky blond hair first caught America's attention when she started out as Mario Batali's sous chef on "Iron Chef America" several years back. Since then, the classically trained chef — who describes her cooking style as "creative authentic Italian" — has become a Food Network staple and bona fide celebrity chef herself in her own right with her cooking show "Secrets of a Restaurant Chef," and as co-host, along with Bobby Flay, of "Worst Cooks in America," an eight-week "boot camp" series focused on turning the culinary incompetent into solid cooks. As the series kicks off its third season, Burrell shared with omg! her advice for novice cooks, her thoughts on the Paula Deen controversy, and why she believes burgers don't have to be bad for you.

Good HousekeepingIf most of us had schedules half as crazy as Kelly Ripa's, we'd be walking zombies. Between rising at 6 a.m. to host her own morning talk show, "Live! With Kelly," shuttling three kids between school and extracurricular activities, cooking dinner, reading bedtime stories, and working in quality time with husband Mark Consuelos before she goes to sleep at 1 a.m. -- it's exhausting just to type it. So how does she do it? Believe it or not, the ever-perky Ripa credits adding a daily "hard-core" workout routine to the dog pile. "Before I started exercising, I was exhausted all the time," she claims in the March issue of Good Housekeeping. "[Now] I work out every day. It's part of my life. I do it more for my insides than my outside, but the outside gets a nice benefit, too. I feel like my mind is a little quieter when I exercise."Gwyneth Paltrow Is Perfect

Terry Richardson/Harper's BazaarSometimes I think Gwyneth Paltrow is just saying this stuff to get a rise out of people. The Oscar winner receives a lot of flack for her holier-than-thou comments about following an organic skincare regimen, her insistence on $60 olive oil, her can't-live-without in-home pizza oven, her naming her first-born child after fruit. And then she goes and gives us more ammunition.

In the March issue of Harper's Bazaar, the 39-year-old mom of two shares more than you'd ever want to know about her diet, explaining she's currently on a 12-week detox program. "I have a lot of inflammation in my system, so I'm not having anything I'm allergic to -- no gluten, no dairy, no sugar," she shares. Why? "I'll wake up exhausted; I can feel my adrenal cortex being really high. When I get into bed, my heart will pound, my skin won't be good, I'll feel cranky, and then I'll just know it's time."

Michael Thompson/GQPro footballer Terrell Owens has probably made more headlines over the years for his personal antics than for his multiple seasons playing for five (count 'em five) NFL teams. There were his critical comments regarding the Philadelphia Eagles (while he was a member of the Eagles), his suspensions, his public arguments, a spitting incident, an apparent overdose, and, well, that cocky attitude he flaunted week after week on national television.Alison Sweeney Interview: ‘Biggest Loser’ Got Her Back on Track

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagicAfter spending years putting pressure on herself to eat "healthy" and shed weight while starring on the long-running soap "Days of Our Lives," it took actually getting a new job -- as host of weight-loss competition show "The Biggest Loser" -- to make Alison Sweeney realize the error of her dieting ways."I had chosen a plan that was just about cutting calories, but maybe not always the right calories," Sweeney confesses in an interview with omg!. "I made the kind of traditional mistakes that lots of people make. I was not eating breakfast. I was one of those people who would eat baked chips or low-fat cookies, who thought a Caesar salad was good for me. The saddest part is you think you're being healthy."

Kim Kardashian won't be in this the Skechers' Super Bowl ad this year. JB Lacroix/WireImageHere at omg! we have a near daily decision to make: to publish more Kardashian stories or not to publish more Kardashian stories. On the one hand, tons of people tend to click on their pics and read the latest scoop we post. On the other hand, many of those same readers claim to loathe the Kardashians. (Yes, we read your comments. Yes, we know you hate them. And yes, we're actually sick of the rich reality family, too, to be honest -- though we'd be more than willing to trade places with them for a day of shopping, manicures, and dining out at fancy eateries.)So despite the fact that this story indeed has Kadashian in the headline, it's actually full of good news for those who swear you'll throw your TV out the window if you have to look at Kim K. one more time.
Without further ado: Kim Kardashian is being replaced by a dog. (Cue cheers from the crowd.)

Kelly Campbell/Ballantine BooksWhen "The View" co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck was diagnosed with celiac disease and told she'd have to eat gluten free for the rest of her life, the avid cook was thrown for a culinary loop. Eventually, though, she turned her dietary restrictions into a personal challenge."My grandmother passed away over a year ago and she had the ability to effortlessly make incredible food. I couldn't let my family's recipes die with me just because I couldn't eat gluten. I was committed to recreating meals from my childhood, but doing it [gluten] free," she tells Self.com. "That's why I was so adamant about all of the dishes being really authentic and getting the taste just right. It's a way to continue my family's food legacy."
